We've been cooking great-tasting fried catfish since 1994. Since then, till now, we have given great attention to the quality of our fried catfish! We start by serving only U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish, which allows for a clean and fresh flavor, without that fishy taste or smell! Our catfish is then fried using our own corn meal breading that's mixed with a special blend of seasoning and spices that gives fried catfish that down-home taste!We're also mobile!  Our 52 Chevy Kitchen food truck is equipped and ready to handle anything from special events, parties to family reunions. Our food truck menu include items like mouth-watering Ribs, Burgers, and of course, Fried Catfish!
