*Alfred N. Poindexter, MD, Texas Children's Pavilion for Women

Dr. Alfred Poindexter, III, is a board certified physician and professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. Following his medical degree and residency, Dr. Poindexter furthered his medical training by completing his post-doctoral fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Baylor College of Medicine. He has been with BCM for over 35 years and continues to care for women in all stages of life. Dr. Poindexter's clinical interests are gynecology and contraception.
